Scotch Bonfire Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce

This sauce is a delicious pepper sauce. Its all Scotch Bonnet and Red Bell peppers with onions and garlic. There is no fruit in this one as I wanted the peppers to be the star. This medium heat sauce starts off pretty mild with that awesome Caribbean Scotch Bonnet flavor, but then creeps up with the heat the more you eat. This sauce is great on everything from eggs to pizza, tacos, salad, tinned fish, steak and of course CHICKEN WINGS!
